Comfortable Room

I had a rather mixed experience at this hotel. Check-in was smooth, and the staff were friendly, especially Myrna, who was a delight. The pool was fantastic and the perfect spot for my kids. However, the room cleanliness was a significant issue, with visible powder on the floor and a filthy bathtub. The fire alarm going off at 4:30 am was also a major inconvenience, and I think they could have handled it better. Overall, the value wasn't as great given the cleanliness issues.
